Yes, Hope it is still happening. And it will continue to happen until someone in power has the fortitude to take decisive action. Just in case there's any question about what I mean by decisive, let's just say the UN will not be involved in any meaningful solution.

Somehow I think an argument about this is going to ensue (one which has already taken place many a time, I'm sure,) about the logic of taking life in the effort to save more life...
The logic is flawless.
If bad people are dead, they do not do bad things.
The end.
Oh and also, no argument is necessary as Hope agrees with this logic in this case.

Hope just wants too kill EVERYTHING.....Personally I am with Nathan I think it would be a Bad Idea to go after the 4 dudes on horses.
